CRISIS MANAGEMENT
We closely monitor the road situation i.e. Road Block / Traffic congestion, VIP movement, traffic diversion. Traffic Jam / Road Block information comes from our drivers / supervisors through wireless system / mobile phones to our base office, which enables us to divert the routes, so that vehicles can reach in scheduled time.
Chhavi Tourists has 2-4 vehicles in reserved fleet, which can be used in emergency / breakdown / road block / traffic congestion. Since, all the vehicles are fitted with wireless / mobile phone, reserved cabs reaches to its target as earliest possible.
COMMUNICATION / CUSTOMERCARE
All the vehicles / Sr. Supervisor / Managers have been given wireless system / Mobile phone for smooth communication. Customer care department is being looked after directly by the owner of the company
TRANING /SAFETY
Most our cab drivers are trained by Hubert Ebner, G.K., New Delhi, for safe driving and good behavior / services.
All the drivers, supervisors, managers are being trained for better performance, road safety on routine basis at our office. All the drivers are being checked by our company Doctor for medical fitness.
Our uniformed Drivers are experienced, groomed, trained and police verified. Our philosophy is that "Driver is the very core of our business" A 24 Hours "Yes sir service" is maintained - 365 days a year.

Company has its own VIGILENCE department who check cabs / drivers for speed, consumption of alcohol / drugs , traffic rule violation , misbehavior , surprise check of vehicle related documents i.e. pollution ,insurance, permit, taxes.
MAINTINANCE OF VEHICLE
All vehicles are being maintained properly by authorized service station of respective vehicle. A periodical preventive maintenance schedule for each vehicle is being maintained separately. Monthly analysis is also conducted for performance / breakdown of each vehicle.
